Wrong product shipped, unresponsive

I ordered a full skid plate. I was not advised of the delay in production. After a couple weeks I contacted sales to check on the shipment. They said it would be 6 weeks. After two months a package arrived. It was a bumper. I contacted the service email and received no response. I emailed again and was told they would refund after they spoke with CBI. Still waiting on instructions and a refund.
